We are responsible (the “controller”) for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect and why

When you contact us by the contact form, email or telephone: your name, company, email address, telephone number, the service you are interested in and your message. We use this only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). You do not have to give us these details, but without them we cannot reply.

When you apply for a job: your CV and the details you send us. We use them only to assess your application. Legal basis: steps before a possible employment or service contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

When you visit this website: our hosting provider processes the technical data every browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Cookies and browser storage

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media tools. It loads nothing from other companies.

With your permission, your browser remembers your language and your light or dark display choice. This is stored only in your own browser and is never sent to us. Your choice itself is also stored, so we do not ask again. You can change it at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

4. Who receives your data

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting and security
  • Google Ireland Ltd (Google Workspace) – our email
  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) – delivery of contact form messages to our inbox

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Enquiries: as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and no longer than 2 years after our last contact if no contract follows.
  • Job applications: up to 1 year after your application, unless you agree to a longer period.
  • Contract and invoicing records: for the period required by Belgian accounting and tax law.
  • Technical hosting data: deleted automatically by our hosting provider after a short period.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Send your request to [email protected]. We reply within one month.

7. Complaints

If you think we are not handling your data correctly, please contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: Drukpersstraat 35 / Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, [email protected], www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
